Darrell Ford brings extensive experience in property and construction management, along with a background in community-focused program work. Before joining RTP, he spent 13 years in property and construction management and later served as a program associate with the California Wellness Foundation, where he helped facilitate economic development opportunities in underserved communities with high levels of gang activity.
At RTP, Darrell identifies potential projects and upgrades for volunteer-driven repairs while coordinating the professional work required after Rebuilding Day projects. “I’m committed to finding more projects and more people in need,” he said. “I want people to understand that there’s no catch. It’s simply a way for the community to give back.”
Outside of work, Darrell is a martial arts enthusiast who enjoys teaching others in his free time. He lives in Oakland.
