A resident of Half Moon Bay, Jules Orellana brings extensive experience in facilities operations, planning, and project management. Before RTP, he served as the Senior Manager of Operations and Growth at Shutterfly and as a senior manager at Italfoods, where he improved workflows and oversaw a $7M portfolio, leading a team of six managers and 60 employees to improve campus expansion and infrastructure initiatives.
Jules is enjoying applying his experience to improving lives. “I love project management, and I want to bring efficiencies to the role to make it as seamless as possible so homeowners can move through the process with fluidity,” he said.
Jules lives with his wife and twin 9-year-old daughters, and much of his free time is spent keeping up with their activities. He also enjoys photography and writing.
