Mike Lynch, senior project manager at Novo Construction, brings 15 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as a new RTP board member. Mike is particularly skilled with technical projects, having worked in occupied buildings, data centers, labs, clean rooms and fast-tracked projects. He is no stranger to RTP, having served as a site captain every year for the past 10 years.
In addition to his work with us, Mike is actively involved as a volunteer with other organizations, such as the Chico State Internship Program, LEAP Arts for Education, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. These diverse roles are a testament to his commitment to enhancing community life and supporting a range of social causes. As a volunteer, he continues to make significant contributions to communities throughout the Peninsula.
