Rebuilding Together Peninsula (RTP) offers safe and healthy housing-related repairs to qualifying homeowners at no charge, throughout San Mateo County and northern Santa Clara County on the San Francisco Peninsula. We frequently partner with skilled vendors and subcontractors who can provide service to our clients with respect, quality, and timeliness.
Become a Preferred Vendor
If your business specializes in home repair, such as:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
- General Contracting
- Windows/Doors
- Flooring
- Painting
then you are invited to apply to our Preferred Vendor program. When we contract for service, RTP looks for the best and fairest price offered for each project.

Please note that Rebuilding Together Peninsula (RTP) adheres to full and open competitive bidding as outlined in HUD Regulation 2CFR 200.319(e). Any subcontractor working in conjunction with RTP on projects Federally-funded in part or whole must likewise adhere to this regulation, including when hiring their own subcontractor.
RTP also complies with the requirements of Executive Orders 11625, 12432, and 12138, and HUD Regulation 2CFR 200.321, which encourage outreach and procurement to minority- and women-owned businesses (MBE/WBE), as well as small businesses, veteran-owned businesses and labor surplus area firms. Any subcontractor working in conjunction with RTP on projects Federally-funded in part or whole must likewise adhere to this regulation, including when hiring their own subcontractor.
